Handwritten Check
For those who prefer paper donations, write a check to Cornerstone Christian School Society and add Cornerstone Foundation on the memo line.
Will/Bequest
Name the Foundation as the recipient of a specific asset to cash award in your will.
Life Estate
A real property conveyance where a person is granted the use and ownership of a piece of real property for their lifetime.
Revocable Living Trust
A trust made while you are living wherein you name the Foundation as the recipient of a specific asset after you pass away.
Child Named Charity
Give an equal share to the Foundation in your will or living trust to that received by your child(ren).
Life Insurance
Name the Foundation as a beneficiary to provide a substantial gift at death by means of small contributions during your lifetime.
Life Income Agreements
Enter into a gift arrangement where you receive a life income and a current income tax deduction for a portion of the gift.
Taxable Estate Given to Charity
All donations exceeding the Estate Tax Exclusion amount are gifted to the Foundation rather than being taxed at a 41% - 60% rate.
